We provide custom and base plans. We also provide plan modifications, site plans, and rescheck calculations. Our home plans are designed to the
2006 International Residential Building Code.
Plans include all exterior elevations, foundation plans, wall framing plans, finish+electrical plans, floor framing plans, roof framing plans, and cross sections. [ Structural engineering might be required for all beam+floor+shear calculations. Check your local jurisdiction to confirm your building requirements. ]
We also work with an outside engineering firm licensed in the the states of Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. If you wish to build in a
different state then you should check your local building requirements. [ There is a good chance you will need to find a structural engineer to provide this service. ]
